  • API Keys:
    • VortisAI Keys: Your generated VortisAI keys are stored securely in our database to authenticate your extension.
    • Personal Gemini Keys: If you choose to use your own Gemini API key, it is encrypted and stored only in your browser's local storage. It is sent to our backend for decryption only when making a request and is never stored on our servers.
  • Device Information: To enforce our one-key-per-device policy for Free and Pro plans, we associate a unique, anonymous installation ID with your API key.
