Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the VortisAI website and Chrome Extension (the "Service") operated by us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Subscriptions
The Service is offered via different subscription tiers ("Plans"):
- Free Plan: Provides a limited number of daily requests as specified on our pricing page. One API key is permitted per account, for use on a single device.
- Pro Plan: Provides an increased number of daily requests. One API key is permitted per account, for use on a single device.
- Premium Plan: Provides unlimited daily requests and allows for two active API keys for use on two separate devices.
Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are not yet available for purchase but may be granted for early access.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your API key(s) and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to share your VortisAI key with others. Using a single-device key on multiple devices simultaneously is a violation of these Terms.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall VortisAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
